Human Resources Supervisor Role

The Human Resources Supervisor plays a pivotal role in managing various aspects of the HR department. This includes overseeing culture building and transformation, workplace learning and development, strategic recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, performance management, conflict resolution, rewards and recognition, employee engagement, experience, career and talent management, succession planning, and organizational development interventions.

This role requires delivering workplace learning and development courses to equip employees with basic skills and the right attitude towards work. The Human Resources Supervisor will participate in change management initiatives and other meaningful interventions to improve work and employee engagement and experience.

They will advocate and help create a culture of continuous learning and growth through learning and development programs. These programs will include putting in place learning initiatives that help employees constantly evolve and develop alongside the organization.

This role involves identifying current and future skills requirements of an organization and creating flexible learning interventions to meet the diverse needs of the workforce and changing strategic directions.

The Human Resources Supervisor will work on succession management to cover senior-most positions in the hierarchy and consider critical roles along various stages of the corporate ladder. They will build a high level of engagement among high-potentials who desire achievements and career advancement.

Other generalist roles shall support internal/external audits, compensation and benefits, workplace health, safety and security, case management, labor relations, internal policy and governance, government compliance, and organizational development efforts.
