Job Title: Human Resources Director

Overview of Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a business partner to provide advice and support to business heads, functional heads, and Managing Director on people issues to meet business objectives.
  • Develop and implement HR plans and programs that support organizational strategies and assist the business in achieving business goals.
  • Review and develop local HR policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure alignment with business priorities and regional people strategy.
  • Oversee the smooth functioning of overall human resources operations, including manpower planning, talent acquisition, employee engagement, talent development and retention, organization culture, total reward, performance management, employee relations, and internal communication.
Key Requirements:
  • University degree holder in Human Resources, BA, Organization Development, or similar disciplines.
  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience working in the industry, specifically in fields related to the industrial or construction Business Line.
  • Experience in working within a matrix organization.
  • Minimum 20 years' HR experience with 10 years at leadership position.
Language Skills:
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, in addition to local language.
