We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative and Document Coordinator to join our team on a 1-year contract basis. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, including data entry, retrieval, and management. They will also be tasked with monitoring system errors and initiating service requests as needed. Additionally, they will be required to administer access for various banks and conduct regular user access reviews.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Minimum of 2-3 years of work experience in an administrative capacity
- Strong data entry and retrieval skills, with the ability to manage large datasets
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with stakeholders and colleagues
- 1-year contract, with the potential for extension based on performance
- Flexible working arrangements, including remote work options
