Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and manage project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines to meet business requirements.
  • Prepare detailed project plans, monitor schedules, and allocate resources efficiently.
  • Work closely with developers, designers, QA, and business teams to ensure smooth coordination.
  • Track project progress, address issues, and manage risks with timely solutions.
  • Maintain clear and accurate documentation, including requirements, specifications, and progress reports.
  • Oversee project budgets and resources to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Ensure development standards, best practices, and quality processes are consistently applied.
  • Act as the main link between stakeholders and the technical team.
  • Provide regular project updates and reporting to management, stakeholders, and clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Solid experience as a Project Manager handling software development or IT projects.
  • Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Familiar with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or MS Project.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management frameworks.
  • Background in budgeting, resource management, and reporting.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and reporting skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Solid understanding of software development processes and workflows.
  • Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality and timely results.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to Php50,000.00 per month
