About this role:

As a senior manager, you will be responsible for leading high-level operational execution and development. You will oversee the strategic direction of business function activities, develop and implement programs within functional areas, and provide comprehensive consulting and leadership to teams.

Key duties include conducting performance management processes, developing periodic goals, organizing work, and ensuring timely completion of tasks. You will also provide input and support to budget management and maintain risk management and compliance programs.

This is a challenging role that requires in-depth knowledge of business units and functions. You must have excellent leadership and organizational skills, as well as analytical and problem-solving abilities.

To succeed in this role, you will need a college or university degree and/or relevant proven work experience. You must also be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
