Operational Excellence Lead

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of operational processes and compliance regulations. They will lead the development and execution of strategies to optimize operations and drive efficiency.


Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  • Leading the creation and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational effectiveness.
  • Analyzing operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for innovation.
  • Championing a culture of continuous improvement through collaboration, feedback, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or relevant career experience.
  • Proven experience in operations, compliance, risk, or security leadership roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or SQL.
