Leadership Role Overview

This is a leadership position in our organization, responsible for managing a team of Talent Coordinators.

The ideal candidate will have experience in people management, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.

In this role, you will lead a team that provides interview scheduling support across multiple regions, ensuring seamless delivery and operational excellence.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end scheduling services and identify opportunities to streamline and scale operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of Talent Coordinators to ensure the delivery of exceptional scheduling experiences for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement processes to improve scheduling efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of business needs through regular stakeholder engagement, adjusting team support models and workflows as needed.
  • Communicate key metrics and insights to stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in the candidate and hiring manager experience.
Qualifications and Skills Required
  • 4+ years of experience in HR Shared Services, HR Operations, or Talent Acquisition Support, with a focus on leadership and team management.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams, fostering growth, providing guidance, and mentoring others.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and use insights to drive improvements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
