Job Title: Customer Service Specialist

 

  • The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service by offering prompt and efficient assistance to customers in a busy retail environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of customer transactions, resolving any issues or discrepancies in a professional manner.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of bank policies and procedures to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.

Requirements:

 

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in banking or finance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse customers and teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to adapting to changing priorities.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, with basic knowledge of banking software and systems.
