Customer Service Specialist Role

The Customer Service Specialist plays a pivotal part in ensuring exceptional customer experiences. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and allocate service incidents, escalating when necessary.
  • Enter service incidents into the ERP system, verifying SLA, contract conditions, warranty, and credibility information.
  • Forward service incidents to technical support in a timely manner, with escalation to the Customer Care Center Manager if resources are unavailable.
  • Monitor daily operations, notifying relevant groups as needed, and generating performance reports.

Expertise:
  • Completed degree in any field.
  • SAP knowledge is mandatory.
  • Passionate about customer-centric approaches and excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Previous customer service experience is an asset.
