Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Global Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring timely and accurate handling of orders and customer inquiries.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring incoming emails in common mailboxes and acknowledging receipt of customer emails and purchase orders.
  • Allocating requests, orders, and inquiries to the appropriate individuals within the team.
  • Acting as a liaison between customers and other functional groups to complete requests.
  • Providing general account, product, and order information and recommending product alternates and substitutions to customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course.
  • 2.5 years of relevant experience in customer service, preferably with a business-to-business background.
  • Specific knowledge of Business System tools such as Oracle, CRM Fusion, and Genesys Purecloud.
