Employee Mobility Expert

The role of an Employee Mobility Expert is to oversee the global mobility processes for a company, ensuring seamless transitions for employees on international assignments. This involves providing end-to-end administrative support, including visa applications, travel arrangements, and employee relocations.

To be successful in this position, you will need to have strong knowledge of international mobility processes, immigration regulations, and relocation logistics. You should also be proficient in SharePoint for document management and collaboration, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

  • Coordinate and manage global employee mobility processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and international regulations.
  • Research and stay current on visa, immigration, and relocation requirements across various jurisdictions.
  • Arrange travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, car rentals, and passport/visa processing.
  • Ensure timely completion of all medical, visa, and immigration documentation.
  • Facilitate travel insurance enrollment and assist with claims processing.
  • Conduct briefings and training sessions for employees and managers on mobility policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, travel partners, and embassies to support seamless mobility operations.
