Job Title: Senior Team Leader Document Control

In this role, you will work closely with your team and partners to support the Product Documentation business. You will have the opportunity to exhibit your customer service skills, build an effective team, and establish strong relationships with internal and external customers in every interaction.

You will ensure the team provides the best customer experience, exceeding customer expectations while helping team members grow. This gives you a vital role in driving growth platforms and supporting operational pillars while striving for long-term value creation.

">

As a Senior Team Leader, your responsibilities will include ensuring service level agreements are on target, planning and assigning work to employees, directing workload and projects, training new hires, performing regular coaching, monitoring adherence to ethics and codes of conduct, and providing timely resolutions to escalations.

">

Additionally, you will plan, organize, and coordinate team activities to enhance team camaraderie and employee engagement.

">

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, a strong drive for results, and a high level of commitment to exceeding expectations. You should also have a bachelor's degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related courses.

Other requirements include general knowledge in creating general arrangement drawings for sales orders and maintenance request orders, experience working with several levels within an organization, and strong knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, DocPro, or other Document Management Systems.
