
Customer Experience Visionary

A Product Specialist is responsible for envisioning and realizing a customer-centric platform used across different Maya touchpoints, providing one-stop-shop for incidents, fulfillment requests, and inquiries.
- Understanding user experience and needs is essential.
- Developing personas based on end-users is crucial.
- Creating user stories from persona data drives the solution direction.
The role also involves:
- State problem-solving directions to teams.
- Factoring in user-centricity, risk, compliance, and data analytics considerations.
- Mapping customer journeys from current to future experiences.
- Leading cross-functional generation of creative solutions to facilitate customer journeys.
- Visualizing, building, testing, and refining solutions with stakeholders' input.
- Managing competing priorities among stakeholders.
Required skills include:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science/Engineering, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of product management experience in the financial technology industry.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing financial technology products.
- High familiarity with customer-facing knowledge management solutions.
- Experience working with Incident Management, Request Fulfillment, Request for Information process areas.
- Practitioner-level expertise in design thinking and SCRUM teams.
- Proficiency in using data analytics tools and techniques.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
