Senior Cash Allocation Manager Position

This senior-level role requires exceptional leadership skills and the ability to motivate team members.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of cash allocation professionals, ensuring timely and accurate processing of daily bank statements, meeting Accounts Receivable targets, and achieving Service Level Agreements.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of cash allocation professionals to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of daily bank statements.
  • Achieve all Accounts Receivable targets related to unallocated cash receipts.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Credit & Collections, Treasury, and Accounting teams.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in cash allocation or a related field, preferably in a Shared Service Centre.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business results.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional certification in accounting or finance.
  • Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
