Job Title

Cash Allocations Representative

This role is responsible for handling day-to-day recording of cash receipts for allocated countries.

The Cash Allocations Representative will play a key role within the Order-to-Cash (OtC) department, ensuring timely and accurate processing of Accounts Receivable transactions.

You will work with external and internal customers to resolve complex cases promptly.

  • Investigate and resolve any payment discrepancies
  • Ensure sufficient documentation is maintained to trace all transactions and maintain reconciliation
  • Perform month-end activities such as account reconciliation, month-end close and month-end reporting
Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Daily monitoring of incoming cash
  • Process all bank receipts in a timely and accurate manner
  • Ensure the allocation of debtors suspense amounts against customers or to the appropriate G/L area
