Lead Cash Allocations Representative

This is a challenging role within the order-to-cash process, responsible for daily cash receipt recording in allocated countries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and accurately process incoming cash on time.
  • Allocate debtor suspense amounts against customers or to suitable G/L areas.
  • Record cheque receipts, log cheques with bank, and follow through until account receipt.
  • Process Direct Debits and liaise with treasury teams for end-to-end approval.
  • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Maintain adequate documentation for transaction tracing and ensure reconciliation.
  • Perform month-end tasks such as account reconciliation, close-out, and reporting.
  • Liaise with internal credit control teams for complex unallocated payments discussion.
  • Contact customers for remittances or resolve outstanding cash entries.
Requirements:
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • University degree.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Excel, etc.).
  • At least 3 years of work experience in shared service centers in a similar role.
  • Proven capability to handle ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, etc.).
  • Banking portal experience.
