Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the Cash Allocations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of daily bank statements, meeting Accounts Receivable targets, and adhering to Service Level Agreements.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving business objectives. They will also possess a solid understanding of accounting principles and experience in cash allocations and people management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Cash Allocations team and ensure effective performance management
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve direct team's target
  • Collaborate closely with Credit & Collections, Treasury, and Accounting teams
  • Maintain accurate documentation and information
  • Drive process improvements and standardization
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulations
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to motivate team members
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and end-to-end Accounts Receivable functions
  • Proven track record of achievement in similar roles
