Description:

The Cash Manager manages the internal operations related to cash management. Responsibilities include maintaining appropriate cash levels, forecasting cash needs, and overseeing reconcilement related to ATM. This includes managing Cash support staff, maintaining key performance measurement goals, mitigating risk, maintain and manages Cash-In-Transit (CIT) vendors.

Responsibilities:

  • Cash Forecasting & Allocation: Predicting cash demand at each ATM and coordinating timely replenishments to avoid outages or overstocking.
  • Vendor & Bank Coordination: Managing relationships with cash-in-transit vendors, banks, and service providers to ensure secure and efficient operations.
  • Operational Oversight: Monitoring ATM uptime, transaction volumes, and service levels to maintain optimal performance.
  • Risk & Compliance Management: Ensuring adherence to internal controls, regulatory requirements, and security protocols related to cash handling.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Generating reports on cash usage, shrinkage, and replenishment cycles to support decision-making and cost optimization. Responsible for strong collaboration with internal and external partners including but not limited to banks and CIT vendors
  • Ensure the work functions are performed consistently to meet established service level agreements and key performance measurements.
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining all Cash Services procedures, process flows and business continuity documentation.
  • Ensure reconcilement activities are completed timely and accurately.
  • Responsible for Audit, risk and compliance considerations pertaining to all Cash Services functions including maintaining and enhancing the control environment.
  • Serve as the initial point of escalation and ensure issues are documented and resolved in a timely manner or escalated as necessary/appropriate.
  • Participate in projects and ensure all supplier and internal changes are properly vetted, planned for, and communicated.
  • Manage staff performance, morale, and development by utilizing their Performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • At least 7 years of experience managing Cash Management team.
  • Detail oriented, Problem solving, Strong organizational skills
  • Has the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications - Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point.
