We're looking for a results-driven professional to oversee Amazon accounts from onboarding to growth. This role requires strategic thinking, reliability, and excellent communication skills.

  • Lead onboarding and manage brand milestones (30/60/90 days)
  • Owning client communication, performance reviews, and insight delivery is key to success
  • Coordinate internal teams to keep progress on track and ensure seamless execution
  • Resolve client issues through active problem-solving and ongoing audits
  • Ensure SOPs are followed for onboarding/offboarding to maintain consistency
  • Contribute to quarterly case studies and internal team updates to drive growth

About the Role:

This position involves overseeing Amazon accounts, ensuring they meet their full potential. As the trusted point of contact, you'll be responsible for tracking progress, leading communication, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Our Ideal Candidate

We're seeking someone with 3+ years in Amazon Seller Central and 2+ years in client/account management. Clear communication and proactive problem-solving skills are essential. Familiarity with ClickUp, Slack, Zoom, or eagerness to learn is a plus.
