Job Summary:

A seasoned Account Growth Manager is required to develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue from existing customers. This critical role will work closely with sales teams and customer success experts to deliver results and expand business potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic plans & initiatives to mine incremental revenue from key customers.
  • Position the company effectively to win additional revenue from existing clients through targeted business growth and renewals
  • Collaborate with customer success teams to deliver committed results for our clients
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensure their success is replicated with other prospects
  • Stay abreast of latest industry trends, engage in solutioning client's needs through new modules and deepen client relationships
  • Lead industry events/conferences by actively networking and promoting the company value proposition
  • Act as a trusted advisor to CXOs and define organizational growth roadmap
Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in sales, preferably in enterprise sales
  • Experience in People Advisory or Solution-oriented consulting roles is preferred
  • Comfortable with flexible work timings and travel
  • Proven ability to understand customer pain points and propose solutions
  • Proven ability to work and communicate effectively with C-level executives and line of business representatives
