We are seeking a talented professional to fill the position of Customer Support Specialist.

Job Description

This is a full-time, permanent role that offers a great opportunity for growth and development. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our customers via live chat, email, phone, and Zoom. You will also be handling inbound and outbound customer service activities, responding to customer inquiries, and logging support tickets.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of customers and develop a deep understanding of their needs and pain points. You will also be working closely with other teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or B2B client service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a remote environment
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office software
