Customer Acquisitions Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Acquisitions Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be disciplined and resilient in handling high call volumes.

This role requires timely submission of technical or professional medical claims to insurance companies, and involves contacting prospects to set up meetings and calendar invites for senior leadership.

Responsibilities:
  • Contacting potential customers using provided lists to schedule appointments and send meeting invitations to senior executives.
  • Tracking outreach activities, responses, and call outcomes in CRM systems or spreadsheets.
  • Developing and refining call scripts, sharing feedback with the sales team.
  • Maintaining consistent follow-up and handling rejection professionally.

The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, discipline, and resilience to handle high call volumes, as well as experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or inside sales.

Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in sales or business development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Tech-savviness with experience using calling tools, VOIP, or CRMs.
  • Reliable, punctual, and equipped with strong internet connectivity.
