Job Title:

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to support our franchise growth efforts. This role focuses on making a large volume of outbound calls to warm leads, engaging with prospective franchisees, and qualifying their interest in our process.

This position requires native-level English proficiency, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage both structured call outreach and dynamic day-to-day tasks.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Making a high volume of outbound calls daily to warm franchise leads, using pre-approved scripts and adapting conversationally when appropriate.
  • Qualifying prospects and scheduling follow-up calls or meetings with our franchise development managers.
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all outreach and prospect engagement in CRM tools.

Candidates should have:

  • A bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  • Significant experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, or business development for international clients.
  • Proven ability to handle high-volume call targets while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.

We are looking for a self-directed and detail-oriented individual who can thrive in a remote work environment and is proficient in Microsoft 365, CRM systems, and online scheduling tools.
