This role requires a strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and best HR practices. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple teams across different locations and possess excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

About the Role

  7. Working closely with department heads to identify and nurture high-potential employees.
  8. Developing initiatives to maintain a positive and engaging workplace environment.
  9. Serving as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related matters.
  10. Handling conflict resolution and employee grievances with fairness and professionalism.
  11. Organizing team-building activities and company-wide engagement programs.
  12. Implementing performance evaluation processes and feedback mechanisms.
  13. Designing competitive compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain talent.
  14. Ensuring fair and transparent salary structures, promotions, and incentives.
  15. Ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws and company regulations.
  16. Updating and enforcing HR policies, contracts, and employee handbooks.
  17. Maintaining proper documentation and HR records in line with legal requirements.
  18. Utilizing HR technology to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  19. Monitoring key HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, employee satisfaction) and recommending improvements.
