Job Description:

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and excellent MS Office skills. This role requires a graduate of any four (4) year or any business related course.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling various office tasks, such as filing, generating reports, and presentations. They will also create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, and update records of all orders, payments, and received stocks.

In addition, the candidate will assist in some administrative needs of other departments as needed, perform inventory inspections, and reorder supplies and stocks as necessary. The individual must have the ability to work across teams and across different levels, entertain client concerns, and inquiries, and conduct product research and sourcing new suppliers and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports, and presentations.
  • Creating and maintaining filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Updating records of all orders, payments, and received stocks.
  • Assisting in some administrative needs of other departments as needed.
  • Performing inventory inspections and reordering supplies and stocks as necessary.
  • Conducting product research and sourcing new suppliers and vendors.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Graduate of any four (4) year or any business related course
* Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
* Excellent MS Office skills

Benefits:

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that offers the opportunity to grow and develop your skills. We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Salary: $50,000 per annum
