Job Description

Enshored is seeking an extraordinary trainer who can instruct and be a role model to peers. The ideal candidate will display unyielding confidence, back it up with hard work and top-notch skills, and be passionate about teaching.

This individual will conduct overall training for newly hired full-time employees, including orientation sessions on company policies and procedures. They will research client products and services to improve training and offer solutions.

The trainer will also provide operational guidance, train, coach, monitor, recognize, support, and promote discipline in any given situation. They will administer needs analysis/skill gap assessment and conduct refresher training when necessary.

Additionally, the trainer will coordinate and collaborate with fellow coaches to ensure a seamless customer experience. They will establish a good working relationship with multiple departments essential to new hires during training.

Education and Experience

Bachelor's/College degree and 2-3 years of experience working as a Trainer in a BPO setting are required.
