OverviewThe Sales Coach role at ClearSource BPO requires an experienced recruiter to work with professionals in the sales industry. If you are interested and driven to provide guidance strategies and advice to improve agents' sales skills and techniques, this job might be for you.
As a Sales Coach, you will serve as a company ambassador by delivering high professionalism and quality through exceptional sales service and support. You will use strong verbal and written communication skills and effective telephone techniques to troubleshoot and solve customer issues or concerns.
You will complete, maintain, and process pertinent paperwork and records with high attention to detail to ensure data accuracy. You will also meet all identified team and client performance metrics, goals, and deadlines in a fast-paced, high-performing team-based environment.
Additionally, you will take the initiative to obtain and consistently upgrade product knowledge. You will build relationships and work closely with customers, co-workers, and all levels of the organization in a positive manner to supply necessary updates and reporting as needed.
The ideal candidate will have at least college level education and 2-3 years of Sales Leadership/Coach experience or in a related field. They must be willing to work onsite and have outbound sales background and experience in hard selling.
They should also be amenable to shifting schedules (graveyard shift) and/or split rest days. The Seniority level required is Mid-Senior level, and the Employment type is Full-time. The industries involved are Outsourcing and Offshoring Consulting.
