\rTeam Lead Position Overview\r

This role is a leadership opportunity for a talented individual who wants to make an impact in our organization.

\r

As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of your team and providing direction to direct reports. You will also assist in driving high-quality candidate care and serve as an ambassador for our brand at every interaction.

\rResponsibilities\r
  • \r
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to direct reports to support their growth and success.\r
  • Understand our team processes and carry out activities accordingly to meet SLAs.\r
  • Communicate process changes effectively to ensure the team can adapt to new information.\r
  • Develop and retain talent to build high-performing teams by setting high standards of performance and behavior, holding team members accountable, providing opportunities for growth, developing retention strategies, and providing constructive feedback.\r
  • Drive results with sound judgment and be accountable for delivery of business performance metrics.\r
  • Continuously monitor how actions impact business performance and reputation, manage risks and control, and promote a culture of transparency and ethics.\r
  • Monitor progress, identify coaching plans, and coach team members for improvement.\r
  • Provide feedback and develop plans to drive individual and team performance.\r
  • Identify and escalate risk or compliance issues.\r
  • Ability to handle stakeholders with alignment to different business needs.\r
  • Ability to identify problems and enable the team to find solutions.\r
\rQualifications\r
  • \r
  • At least 2 years of working experience in a supervisory level.\r
  • Relevant background with recruitment operations and administration is highly preferred.\r
  • Leadership skills, specifically coaching, development, and influencing.\r
  • Ability to interpret data from internal and external sources and predict trends.\r
  • Tertiary qualification in business or a related discipline is highly desirable. Bachelor's degree preferred.\r
  • Experience working with global/offshore sourcing models preferred.\r
  • Able to work night shifts and hybrid work setup.\r
