Strategic Team Lead

We are seeking a strategic team lead to oversee day-to-day operations of the team. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with onshore leads and provide direction to direct reports.

About the Role
  • The key focus of this role is to manage day-to-day operations of the team, including coaching and development of direct reports.
  • Effective leadership skills are required, specifically coaching, development, and influencing.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of working experience in a supervisory level, preferably with recruitment operations and administration.
Responsibilities
  1. Manage day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.
  2. Develop and retain talent by setting high standards of performance and behavior for team members.
  3. Provide opportunities and challenging assignments for growth of talent.
  4. Drive results with sound judgment, accountable for delivery of all business performance metrics.
  5. Continuously monitor how actions impact business performance and reputation.
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of working experience in a supervisory level.
  • Relevant background with recruitment operations and administration highly preferred.
  • Leadership skills, specifically coaching, development, and influencing.
  • Ability to interpret data from a variety of internal and external sources and predict trends.
