Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Freight Forwarding Operations Coordinator with experience in freight forwarding and CargoWise One to manage our daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and track shipments, updating job details and reports as necessary
  • Register shipments and consolidations, ensuring timely and accurate processing
  • Coordinate the preparation and distribution of worksheets and invoices
  • Process transshipments and commercial documents efficiently
  • Communicate with stakeholders to resolve outstanding document issues
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • In-depth knowledge of EDI and Incoterms principles
  • Experience with CargoWise or similar logistics software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
