Job Title: Freight Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Freight Operations Coordinator to join our team. This is a remote operations specialist role that involves managing customer shipments from PO raised to delivery, working collaboratively with Customer Success Managers, Sales, Pricing and Procurement.

This is a night shift contractor role requiring a strong understanding of logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain management. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills, with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

The key responsibilities of this role include ensuring timely and efficient movement of customer product through our network, collaborating with operations partners and external stakeholders to ensure the success of the shipment lifecycle, and responding to customer escalations in a professional and timely manner.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in logistics, freight forwarding or supply chain
