Account Manager Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Account Manager to oversee and nurture client relationships, manage critical projects, and drive customer success. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key client accounts across global markets to ensure satisfaction and retention.

You will build strong client relationships and align offerings with their business goals, identifying and executing upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue. Collaboration with internal teams is crucial in delivering tailored solutions, while monitoring account performance, preparing reports, and presenting actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of key client accounts across global markets to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Build strong client relationships and align offerings with their business goals.
  • Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Monitor account performance, prepare reports, and present actionable insights.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in International Sales, Strategy Consulting, hyper-growth startups, Investment Banking, or similar roles with a proven leadership track record.
  • Global sales or client management experience preferred.
  • Strong business acumen, quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with resilience and resourcefulness.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders effectively across geographies.
