Appointment Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Appointment Coordinator to join our team at Cyberbacker Careers. As an Appointment Coordinator, you will play a critical role in scheduling appointments with clients and nurturing leads until they are converted into appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct lead follow-ups and engage with prospects to schedule appointments with clients.
Respond to inbound calls, text messages, and emails from prospects in a timely and professional manner.
Update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with relevant information after each interaction.
Coordinate and manage the calendar of appointments to ensure seamless scheduling.
