Job Title: Executive Assistant to the Managing Director

Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills? Do you have experience in providing administrative support to senior-level executives? We are seeking a skilled Executive Assistant to join our team at Recruiting Company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the Managing Director, handling correspondence, and coordinating meetings and appointments.
  • Manage the Managing Director's diary, ensuring seamless scheduling and follow-up on tasks.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Conduct research and gather data to support the Managing Director's decision-making process.
  • Provide general administrative support, including preparing documents and presentations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing, or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
