Job SummaryThe Customer Advocate will interact with customers to address inquiries and resolve complaints regarding client products and services. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams.
Key Responsibilities- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information with high empathy, courtesy, and professionalism.
- Track and resolve issues efficiently.
- Escalate issues properly to meet expectations.
- Execute assigned processes with attention to detail.
- Meet productivity and quality targets.
- Report process deficiencies and ensure accurate execution.
- Collaborate with teams to complete projects and stay updated on product knowledge.
- Deliver service excellence and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Curiosity, authenticity, and analytical skills.
- 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience or related field.
- Bachelor's degree in any field with passion.
- Basic knowledge of Salesforce and CRM applications.
- Proficiency in cloud-based applications and MS Office.
- Excellent reading comprehension, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in a related field.
- Basic knowledge of cloud-based applications and MS Office.
