Customer Service Representative French Multilingual Opportunity

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 12+ months of contact center experience within the last 2 years is required.
  • The ability to speak, read, and write in both French and English is required.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is preferred.
  • Previous experience working remotely is a plus.
