Customer Service Representative Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This role involves engaging with new customers via phone, providing personalized support, and building strong relationships.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, be able to thrive in a dynamic work environment, and have a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience. A high school diploma is required, and a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Assess customer needs and provide tailored support via phone, email, or text
  • Listen actively and resolve inquiries with exceptional customer service skills
  • Deliver natural, conversational interactions even when following a script
  • Adapt to shift requirements, including weekends and holidays
  • Work effectively both as part of a team and independently

Qualifications:

  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and high-energy work environment
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (call center experience preferred)
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
