Your Role

As a French-English Customer Support Associate, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our customers from French-speaking regions. You'll be responsible for providing timely and friendly support via voice calls and live chat, answering questions, resolving concerns, and making every interaction feel professional, clear, and friendly.

Your Day-to-Day
  • Deliver timely, accurate, and solution-oriented support in French and English via calls and chat
  • Troubleshoot customer issues step-by-step and guide them through solutions
  • Log all customer interactions accurately and provide feedback to improve processes
  • Identify trends and share insights to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with your team to achieve shared goals
What We're Looking For
  • Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written)
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience (remote, e-commerce, or tech support preferred)
  • Experience with bilingual customer support is an advantage
  • Proficiency in tools like Zendesk, Gorgias, Shopify, or similar platforms is a plus
  • Calm under pressure and ability to think critically
  • Strong attention to detail and genuine desire to help others
  • Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with a global team
