RemoteVA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist with order entry and email communication. The ideal candidate should have experience in customer support, excellent written communication skills, and the ability to efficiently process and manage orders.
Job Description- Communicate with customers via email in a professional and timely manner.
- Enter and process orders accurately into the system.
- Maintain records and update customer details as needed.
The selected candidate will work independently, meeting deadlines while working from home full-time. They will be responsible for communicating effectively with customers via email, managing orders efficiently, and maintaining accurate records.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Previous customer service experience, preferably email-based.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience with QuickBooks Online and Extensiv is required.
- Basic knowledge of WordPress is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent written English skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
