  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve the customer experience, increase engagement, and activity.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Lead a team of junior customer service representatives.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Requirements
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Ability to navigate community management tools like Telegram and Discord.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
