Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead a high-performing customer support team in the AMER & EMEA-time zone support team.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance, reduce median time to respond, and increase global support contributions.
  • Collaborate with the product team to ensure seamless communication and effective resolution of customer queries.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to optimize bug resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze key metrics, including CSat and Customer Conversation ratings, to inform business decisions.
Key Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer-facing roles, with a proven track record of leadership and team development.
  • Strong understanding of customer support principles, including empathy, clarity, and timeliness.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and develop effective solutions.
