About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Compensation and Benefits Officer to join our talented team at DD Foods Inc' in Iloilo City, Iloilo. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing and administering the company's compensation and benefits programmes, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with industry standards.

What you'll be doing

  1. Administering and maintaining the company's compensation and benefits programmes, including salary structures, bonuses, incentives, and retirement plans
  2. Analyzing market trends and benchmarking the company's compensation and benefits packages against industry peers
  3. Preparing reports and making recommendations to management on compensation and benefits strategies
  4. Ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations
  5. Assisting with the onboarding and orientation of new employees on the company's compensation and benefits offerings
  6. Providing guidance and support to employees on compensation and benefits-related queries
  7. Collaborating with the HR team to develop and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  2. 2 - 3 years of experience in a compensation and benefits role, preferably in the Human Resources & Recruitment industry
  3. 3-5 years of HR experience is required for this position
  4. Experience in compensation and benefits administration is an essential requirement
  5. Strong understanding of labour laws, compensation and benefits best practices, and industry trends
  6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  7. Proficient in using HR information systems and data analysis tools
  8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with employees at all levels
  9. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring accuracy in all work
