About the Opportunity

This strategic position involves designing and administering sales compensation programs that drive growth, reward excellence, and support high-performing sales teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately calculate, review, and process commission payments on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Analyze and administer sales compensation and commission programs for the global commercial organization.
  • Serve as an operational and subject matter expert on all things sales compensation.
  • Support the development, communication, and rollout of new sales incentive plans and commission structures.
  • Model, simulate, and forecast plan changes to assess impact and prepare reports for Executive Leadership.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales compensation, commissions processing, incentive plan administration, or sales/revenue operations in a SaaS/tech environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and strong analytical, data modeling, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience administering and configuring sales compensation management software is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of sales compensation best practices, quota assignment, and SaaS revenue models.
