Workforce Planner - Operations and Logistics Specialist

This role involves forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, and real-time monitoring to align with strategic goals.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure strategic goals are met through effective collaboration, communication, and forecast alignment.
  • Oversee WFM tasks, including forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, and real-time monitoring.
  • Interface with leaders to understand business needs and update plans as necessary.
  • Lead projects to drive efficiencies in the team.
  • Coordinate with third-party partners on headcount requirements and monitor agency performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution.
  • Prior experience in warehouse management, e-commerce, or logistics under workforce planning and management or agency management is preferred.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS and Google applications.
  • Willingness to work in Paciano Rizal, Calamba, Laguna.
