Job Title: Admin Generalist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our warehouse operations as an Admin Generalist. The successful candidate will handle administrative tasks, including employee coordination, recordkeeping, compliance, and supply management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate clinic management and collaborate with medical staff to ensure employee well-being.
  • Partner with manpower agencies to manage onboarding, training, attendance tracking, and billing.
  • Maintain accurate records, ensure compliance, and contribute to a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Manage essential admin tasks to keep warehouse operations running smoothly.
  • Regularly monitor utilities and inventory levels to maintain a well-stocked and safe workplace.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in warehouse/logistics or large-scale organizations.
  • Experience in vendor and third-party partner management.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
