Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our inventory management system. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate supplies and inventory management for all PH locations.

You will be responsible for managing, identifying, and coordinating any services, purchases, and/or other requirements from the Shopee Xpress team. This includes working closely with the Shopee Procurement team to source, develop, evaluate, and forecast procurement requirements.

Additionally, you will oversee contract implementation and supplier performance/interaction. You will facilitate and lead strategic resource planning sessions with key internal stakeholders, developing, tracking, and reporting key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.

Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with key persons to ensure clarity of specifications and expectations. You will also expect unfavourable events through analysis of data and prepare control strategies, performing risk management for supply contracts and agreements.

Lastly, you will control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs. Supporting other procurement activities as directed by management will also be an essential part of your job.

Requirements
  • At least 2 years working experience in procurement, inventory management, client relation, and negotiation.
  • Preferably with relevant background in E-commerce, Retail, Logistics, or Warehouse setting.
  • Graduate of BS degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
  • Skilled in supply planning and allocation.
  • Able to build strong working relations with hubs and coordinate all supply requests.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers.
  • Experience in collecting and analysing data.
  • Willing to work on-site in Calamba, Laguna.
