Join a dynamic team as we seek an experienced Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our busy hub. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, be highly organized, and have a proven track record in managing logistics and warehouse teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure seamless day-to-day operations, including parcel inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, and inventory control.
  • Conduct regular team briefings and maintain accurate meeting minutes.
  • Maintain high productivity levels and ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
  • Create and validate reports for the hub.
  • Support the customer support team with escalated issues.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase hub efficiency.
  • Process transactions and manage payment processes.
  • Coordinate with agency coordinators to oversee agency teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree holder.
  • At least 3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or distribution. E-commerce fulfillment experience is advantageous.
  • Leadership experience in a warehouse or hub environment preferred.
  • Experience in payments processing or similar function.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willing to work flexible hours depending on team schedules.
  • Able to adapt to changing situations and take on administrative tasks when needed.
