Job Summary 

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Operations Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask with ease, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service to candidates and hiring managers alike.

In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the seamless execution of interview scheduling, onboarding processes, and other administrative tasks that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team by providing top-notch coordination services to ensure smooth interview scheduling, candidate experience, and onboarding processes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, recruiters, and HR Business Partners to drive performance and achieve strategic objectives.
  • Manage all aspects of new hire onboarding, including background check management, I-9 verification paperwork, and other related tasks.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to optimize candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
  • Conduct quality checks on offer documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably Human Resources or a related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment coordination or project coordination, preferably in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using scheduling tools and software.
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
  • Professional demeanor and strong ownership and accountability.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
