The Role: Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven individual to join our team, focusing on the US timezone. As a Financial Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for booking, conducting, and closing demos with potential clients, primarily in the United States. Your primary objective will be to showcase the value of our products or services to prospects, understand their needs, and guide them through the sales process to secure deals.

  • Demonstrate product/service value: Conduct engaging and informative product/service demonstrations tailored to the needs and interests of each prospect.

  • Understand customer requirements: Listen actively to prospect's requirements and pain points, and effectively communicate how our solutions can address their specific challenges.

  • Cultivate strong relationships: Build rapport with prospects, establish trust, and develop strong relationships to nurture leads through the sales pipeline.

  • Sales skills: Employ effective sales techniques to overcome objections and successfully close deals with qualified prospects.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect Outreach: Reach out to potential clients through various channels such as email, phone calls, and social media to schedule demo appointments.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in a sales role, preferably in a B2B environment. Experience in software sales technology solutions is a plus.

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

  • Customer Orientation: Strong customer orientation with a focus on understanding and addressing customer needs.

  • Time Management: Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
