Job Opportunity: Real Estate Marketing Assistant

    We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to provide essential administrative and operational support. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate data, coordinate social media activities, and assist with property research.

    The successful candidate will have experience in real estate or property-related industries, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in using CRM systems, Canva, VTiger, Wix, WordPress, and Microsoft Office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain the company's CRM, ensuring all client and agent data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Support agent data management, including database updates and reporting.
  • Assist with social media management, including scheduling posts, basic content updates, and responding to inquiries.
  • Research and source property listings based on client needs and criteria.
  • Handle general administrative duties such as email management, calendar coordination, and document preparation.
  • Collaborate closely with the business owner to ensure tasks are prioritized and deadlines are met.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism in all client and stakeholder interactions.
